Piotr Urbańczyk

Piotr is an experienced manager with over 30 years of professional practice in the banking sector. In the 1990s, he took an active part in shaping the foundations of the Polish capital market as a member of the governing bodies of an investment fund company that was later transformed into one of the first Open Pension Funds in Poland, as well as the Over-the-Counter Financial Instruments Trading System (SPOIF).

He began his banking career in 1992, immediately after graduating Wrocław University of Economics, at the Bank Zachodni S.A., where in 1994–1998 he was as Director of the Treasury Department, responsible for the dealing room, client transactions, capital markets, and payment settlements. Later he held the position of a Management Board Member of Lukas Bank S.A., and from 2001 to 2006, he worked on another banking project supported by a private equity fund from the Merrill Lynch group as Vice President of Dominet Bank. After Dominet Bank was acquired by Fortis Bank, he worked within the Fortis financial group in 2007–2009.

From 2009 Piotr was associated with Meritum Bank S.A., where he oversaw the process of building and developing a stable financial institution focused on the consumer finance segment. Five years after the start of the banking project, in 2014, Meritum Bank achieved the second-highest return on equity (ROE) in the banking sector. In 2016-2001 he was a CEO of BEST TFI S.A. and in 2025, after the merger with Kredyt Inkaso, he renewed his cooperation with BEST Capital Group as an advisor for Group restructuring and foreign investments.

Piotr has been and continues to be a member of numerous supervisory boards, including: Impel S.A., the Historical Museum of the City of Gdańsk, Kredyt Inkaso S.A., the “Lechia Gdańsk” Football Club and Meritum Services S.A.

Jacek Wolak

Jacek is a post-graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in commercial and company law.

He benefits from 20+ years of experience in legal, tax, compliance and regulatory services provided for banks, insurance companies, private equity, real estate and debt fund managers as well as for the private investors.

He started his professional career as a BIG-4 consultant in Poland and continued it in Luxembourg since 2007.

In 2011 Jacek founded an advisory boutique in Luxembourg specialised in cross-border transactions, business and regulatory and tax advisory services as well as the administration and compliance of unregulated investment vehicles.

Since 2012 Jacek was involved in administration and management of regulated entities (investment funds), first as a CSSF approved Director and then as a Director and shareholder of CSSF regulated Management Companies (AIF Management Services S.A.) and the founder of the Chartered accountant businesses in Luxembourg (Atdomco Sarl and Findesti Corporate. Services Sarl) and advisory company in Malta (Findesti Limited).

Since 2011 he is a Director and a local employee responsible for daily management and administration of BEST Capital Luxembourg S.A. (previously Kredyt Inkaso Portfolio Investments Luxembourg S.A.)

Darya Lisouskaya

Darya started her career in Luxembourg with fiduciary firms (Atdomco, Findesti), where she was responsible for accounting, administration and AML / KYC and other compliance matters of the Clients.

In 2019 she joined AIF Management Services S.A. where she became responsible for AML/ CFT and regulatory compliance matters related to alternative investment funds (SIF SICAVs, RAIFs and unregulated investment funds), including compliance checks on investment and investors side, AIFM reporting and monitoring of regulatory framework applicable to AIFM and its Clients (Laws and circulars, compliance charter and other organization compliance matters).

She is also a CSSF approved Director for regulated funds.

Darya is a Director and a local employee to be responsible for office administration of BEST Capital Luxembourg S.A. (previously Kredyt Inkaso Portfolio Investments Luxembourg S.A.), acting also as regulatory and compliance officer responsible for communication with Central Bank of Luxembourg and coordinating the annual audit.
